What are the terms of the Return/Exchange/Refund Policy?

  • Customers can exchange their orders within 15 days and return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • If you have received a defective product, send us images at mail@thecasavera.com and we will get back to you.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
  • Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
  • We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund. 
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 2 business days
  • Damage & defected & replacement product will be delivered in 5-7 working days

I have received a damaged item

In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us at mail@thecasavera.com

Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

 

When will I get my refund?

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed with 7 working days.

 

What is refund source?

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days.

 

I like other designs more & want an exchange.

We offer a one-time free replacement policy for orders above ₹ 1000 (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer) In case of initiating the same, please write to us mail@thecasavera.com within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

 

When will I receive my replacement?

The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.
